Lamb with mango chutney
Ingrédients (pour served 4)
- 200g Favols Mango Chutney
- 1 kg lamb2 onions
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g almonds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- saffron
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Roast the almonds in the oven for a few minutes.
- Slice the onion, cut the meat into pieces and season with salt, pepper and saffron.
- Fry the meat in oil with the onion for 15 minutes.
- Add the raisins the sugar and 65 cl of water and simmer for 45 minutes.
- When cooked add the mango chutney, almonds and cinnamon. Serve hot.
