Lamb with mango chutney

Ingrédients (pour served 4)

  • 200g Favols Mango Chutney
  • 1 kg lamb2 onions
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g almonds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • saffron
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Roast the almonds in the oven for a few minutes.
  • Slice the onion, cut the meat into pieces and season with salt, pepper and saffron.
  • Fry the meat in oil with the onion for 15 minutes.
  • Add the raisins the sugar and 65 cl of water and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • When cooked add the mango chutney, almonds and cinnamon. Serve hot.
