Cheese Toasts
- Grill the brioche-like sandwich bread toasts, spread the cheeses (camembert, fresh goat cheese, and so on). Coat them with a tea spoon of Red & Green sweet peppers relish.

Mini brigs cheese
- Cut a brig into four parts. Put a piece of cheese and a tea spoon of onion relish on it. Roll the brigs and close them by folding the edges. Brown them for 2 minutes on each side with olive oil and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Mixing cheeses and condiments
- Add a touch of our Black-Cherry jam to your ewe cheese.

Foie gras and fruits in small glasses
- Arrange a bit of jam (apricot, fig, …) or condiment (fig chutney, onion relish, …) in a small glass and just before serving, a slight slice of Foie gras, a few grains of salt and a bit of pepper.
Craftiness : Foie gras and gingerbread join very well.
